Our policy aims to provide clarity and assurance to clients while establishing a strong and long-term
relationship with them.

Appointments:

-These are our current terms and conditions regarding our Home Service appointments.

1- Cancellation is not accepted. No refunds are available after confirmation of the appointment;
however, a one-time modification is allowed up to -2 hours before the appointment.
2- Clients must wear gloves (mandatory) while handling the product for the item safety purposes.
3- Clients bear full responsibility for the items during appointment hours.
4- appointment fees will be returned to clients after the final payment of any purchase.

Community:

-These are our current terms and conditions regarding our community group which has a daily broadcast
feed of used/New items, which owned by clients who wish to sell their items through our platforms.

1- The client must provide us with a Proof of originality of the bag.
2- A 10% commission will be incorporated by us (Terms and conditions applied) *
3- A 3-day time period is required before signing the contract for verification of the bags.
4- A minimum of 28 days is required to sell the bag from our side.

Processing Orders:

-These are our current terms and conditions regarding the Orders from our trusted sources.

1- No exchange or refund is allowed for any bag after the order confirmation.
2- All sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted after the purchase is confirmed.
3- New orders currently have a processing time of 5-20 days, customers will be notified if there are
any delays.
4- In stock Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days

Payments:

1- We only accept full payments through credit/debit cards, digital wallets.
2- Payments can be made through the SADAD application, bank transfers, or cash only.
3- Strictly no refunds for payments after the bag purchase.
4- Invoice will be provided at the time of payment.

Product Care and Usage:

1- Care instructions will be provided with each bag; failure to follow these may void any warranty.
2- Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery.

Privacy and Security:

1- Customer information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
2- Secure encryption methods are employed to protect customer data during online transactions.

Customer Support:

1- Our customer support team is available during business hours to address inquiries and concerns.
2- Response times for inquiries and chat support are typically within 24 hours.
